2.
The relief sought in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to take necessary action to remove the illegally erected advertisement hoardings permanently in and around Tiruppur City by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2023. 3.
According to the petitioner, some political parties and other organisations have illegally erected advertisement hoardings in and around Tiruppur city without proper permission from the concerned authority, which causes hindrance to the general public and traffic. In this regard, the Petitioner made a representation dated 25.01.2023 to the Respondents seeking to remove such unauthorised, illegal advertisement hoardings, but no action has been taken till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this court with the present writ petition.

4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that advertisement hoardings have been illegally erected in and around Tiruppur City and the same should be removed forthwith. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would be suffice, if a direction is issued to the Respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has no serious objection.
5. In view of the above submission made by the counsel for both sides, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all those concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
