This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29556 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
