Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 1st respondent died, he did not receive pension for more than two years and the petitioner's effort to get the legal heirs of 1st respondent went in vain. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also submitted that the letter sent to the 1st respondent has been returned with an endorsement as died.
