Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent in Letter R.C.Lr.No.J4/22133/06, dated 20.09.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to renew the lease of the property bearing T.S.No.32, Block-II, Sembiam Village, Perambur-Purasawalkam Taluk, Chennai District, measuring an extent of 24 grounds and 181 sq.ft. for a further period of 25 years as given to the other neighbouring properties.
