ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested in the case of murder of Anbalagan, who is none husband of the petitioner. According to the prosecution, the petitioner herein, who has been arrayed as A1 has arranged A4 to A6 to eliminate her husband for that she advanced Rs.1 lakh to the hirelings with an understanding that she will pay the balance after the completion of the crime.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is at the advanced stage and some crucial materials are to be collected. If the petitioner is released on bail, he may cause interference in the impartial investigation. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
