release the 22 carat Indian made gold jewellery weighing 10.011 kgs and 22 carat imported gold jewellery weighing 8.452 kgs (seized from the petitioner on 19.03.2013) at the airport) and 2.409 kgs of 22 carat gold jewellery and 24 carat gold bullion bars weighing 4.627 kgs (seized on 19.03.2013 at the petitioner's residence) vide two Mahazars both dated 19.3.2013 as per the provisions contemplated under section 110A of the Customs Act, 1962.
