: Respondents Prayer: Writ of Habeas Corpus is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the respondents to produce the corpus of the detenue, namely, Poonkulali, wife of T.Ayyappan, Hindu, aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R
(Order of this Court was delivered by S. MANIKUMAR, J.) On 20.02.2015, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we passed the following orders, "We have heard the parties.
Marriage and registration of the same is also admitted. It appears that there is some dispute. We deem it fit to refer the matter for mediation before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, today itself. The Mediator is directed to submit the report, today itself."

On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, has submitted its report, dated 20.02.2015, wherein, it has been stated as follows:
"Petitioner along with his counsel and respondents police and respondents 4 and 5 along with their counsels and Mrs.Poonguzhali, wife of the petitioner/daughter of the 4th respondent/detenue are present. Both the petitioner and Mrs.Poonguzhali, detenue states that their Marriage was solemonized on 10.06.2014 and a photo copy of the Registration Certificate of their Marriage is enclosed. Both the petitioner/husband and the detenue agreed to live together and also agreed to live for few days in the residence of 4th respondent, father of the detenue for which the same has been agreed by the 4th respondent. Hence, the matter is placed before the Hon'ble Court."

Recording the Mediation Report, dated 20.02.2015, issuance of any Habeas Corpus, does not arise. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
