Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 81 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. When the matter is posted for admission, the name of learned counsel for R2 shall be printed in the cause-list.
