This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to secure the said person 1.Syed Insaf Ur Rahman (A1), 2.Asgar Ali (A2) and 3.Mohamed Riswan (A3) in the Crime No.304 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have completed the enquiry and also filed a final report.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
