The learned counsel for the applicant is present.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has secured an order from this Court on 22.07.2020 in A.No.9825 of 2018.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the respondent borrower has since deceased. However, he would submit that the dispute itself has been settled between the applicant and the legal representatives of the deceased borrower, the respondent in A.No.9825 of 2018.

4. Having considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed at the stage of

admission itself by raising prohibitory order dated 22.07.2020 in A.No.9825 of 2018.

5. Registry is directed to communicate the content of this order to the concerned Officer for taking necessary action.

6. This Arbitration Application stands allowed with the above observations.
