C.M.P.No.6353 of 2023 in C.M.A.Sr.No.16245 of 2020 N.MALA, J., This Court vide Order dated 27.03.2023, directed the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, High Court Building, Chennai and posted the matter today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the Order of this Court has been complied with and filed a memo dated 13.04.2023 to that effect before this Court.

3. Recording the said cost memo, the present petition filed to condone the delay of 338 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is ordered.
