3.Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been convicted and it is a statutory appeal, for rendering substantial justice, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.
5.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
