The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2014 and to direct the third respondent to return the petitioner's license. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 states that the license of the writ petitioner was impounded for a period of six months and therefore, the present writ petition needs no further adjudication. In view of the fact that the license was impounded only for six months, in respect of the present writ petition no further adjudication is required. 3.
