2.C.M.P.No.2160 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused on the death of the 1st respondent.

3.C.M.P.No.2162 of 2023 has been filed to bring on the proposed parties /LRs of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 5 to 8. 4.Mr.T.Titus Enock, the learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents 5 to 8. 5.Heard both sides. These petitions stand allowed.
