The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner filed the writ petition for his continuance in the post of Principal of the college. However, the writ petitioner reached the age of superannuation during the pendency of the writ petition and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
