The writ petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the orders bearing No. Nil dated 6th February 2017 (old Cmc No.02/031/0564/000000) (new 05/053/02020/000) (received on 13.02.2017) on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same.
2. Though this writ petition is filed challenging the demand notice dated 06.02.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, today submitted before this court that in view of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the fact that the respondent has issued a revised demand, the petitioner is willing to pay the same and therefore, this writ petition may be closed as withdrawn.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will receive the payment from the petitioner as per the revised demand.
Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of as no further order is necessary in this matter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
