The subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition pertains to the termination letter issued by the 2nd respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondents to resume the supply of petroleum products to the petitioner outlet.

2.Heard Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3.In the considered view of this Court, there was an effective and alternative remedy that was available to the petitioner under the Marketing Discipline Guidelines, 2005 to file an appeal. The petitioner did not avail this remedy. That apart, this Court did not grant any interim order in favour of the petitioner when the notice was ordered in the year 2013. In view of the same, nothing may survive at this length of time, since the supply has been stopped in the year 2013 itself. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
