This petition is filed to call for the records in D.V.C.No.2 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Pollachi and to quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up, Mr.Sriram, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel on record, Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, submitted that the disputes between the parties had already been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
settled before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2017 and D.V.C.No.2 of 2016 was also dismissed in terms of the settlement.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. The Criminal Original Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.2930 of 2016 is also dismissed.
