ORDER

These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the order dated 27.11.2018 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee in I.A.Nos.231 & 232 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.461 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner stated that on 12.10.2020, H.M.O.P.No.461 of 2014 had been dismissed for default by the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee. 3.The present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed questioning the grant of interim maintenance for the wife and daughter and also the legal expenses passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee in I.A.Nos.231 & 232 and 2017 dated 27.11.2018.

4.Since the main HMOP has been dismissed and the Execution Petition is now pending with respect to the payment of the maintenance amount, I am not prepared to interfere with the further progress of the said Applications. The Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
