J U D G M E N T
(Delivered by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant states that he seeks to withdraw the appeal and states that he will seek the discretion of the learned Single Judge either for reduction of the amount or for making payment in instalments.
2. Learned counsel for respondents states that they will verify whether any subsistence allowance is admissible to the appellant or not keeping in mind that he had already reached his date of superannuation and it is not a pensionable job.
