This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner in respect of shop No.6 in Shopping Complex, Ramakrsihnapuram, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent on instructions from the third respondent, who is present before this Court, would submit that the petitioner surrendered the possession of the shop in the year 2007 itself.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would state that after surrendering the shop by the petitioner, an auction was conducted and a third party was inducted as tenant.
4. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
