ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Temporary Veterinary Assistant Surgeon by the 2nd respondent proceedings dated 17.05.2012 under 10(a)(1). Subsequenlty, the TamilNadu Public Service Commission was published notification for the post of Permanent Assistant Surgeon. The petitioner applied for the said post and attended the written examination and also Oral Test. However, the petitioner was not selected to the said post.

3. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. This writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 06.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn 2/4
