Respondents 1 & 2 in all Writ Petitions Common Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the first respondent in G.O.(2D) No.48, School Education (X2) Department, dated 21.07.2004 and the subsequent amendment issued in G.O.(2D) No.24, School Education (X2) Department dated 23.04.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permanent recognition to the petitioner school established and recognized prior to 21.07.2004 under the provisions of Code of Regulation of Matriculation Schools in Tamil Nadu, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. (in all WPs).

C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed to quash the order in G.O.(2D) No.48, School Education (X2) Department, dated 21.07.2004 and the subsequent amendment in G.O.(2D) No.24, School Education (X2) Department dated 23.04.2010.
2.When the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader(Education) appearing for the respondents submitted that all the Government Orders and the decisions so far taken by the Government are under consideration and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters. 3.In view of the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, all the writ petitions are disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities as and when required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
