O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that all the workmen have already been entered into a Settlement under Section 18 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Thus, the disputes between the management and the workmen are solved. Further, one contempt petitioner has already filed a petition before the Labour Court and an order is passed in his favour.

2. This being the factum informed before this Court, no further adjudication is required in respect of the present contempt petition and accordingly, Contempt Petition No.42 of 2015 stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
