Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father alleging that the detenue viz., A.Rajalakshmi, aged about 15 years, studying in 10th Standard, has been missing from 01.02.2015.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the police has produced the detenue before us and during enquiry she has stated that since she was scolded by her parents for not studying well, she left the home on her own and now she has realised her mistake. She has expressed her willingness to go with her parents.
