Application No.1423 of 2022 has been filed to permit the applicants 3 to 5 to come on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st plaintiff Mrs.Malliga as plaintiffs 4 to 6, in the above suit. 2.Application No.3896 of 2021 has been filed to bring on recod the proposed respondents i.e (1) U.Surekha Kumar, (2) U.Sathish Kumar and (3) U.Sneha Latha as Legal heirs of the deceased sole defendants/respondents A.No.2460 of 2021 in C.S.No.576 of 2016 as respondents 2 to 5. 3.Application No.3897 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement of suit in respect of the defendant.

4.Heard Mr.N.V.Prakash, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.G.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the respondents. 5.Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing these applications.

Pam 6.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed as prayed for. 7.In Application Nos.3896 and 3897 of 2021, notice to the newly impleaded parties through Court as well as privately returnable by 22.04.2022. 8.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

9.Post the matter on 22.04.2022.
