2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2016 was completed and now, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.245 of 2020.
