COMMON ORDER The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.441 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. There is no representation for the petitioners in both the criminal original petitions.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.441 of 2015 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.24 of 2021. He would also submit that summons have been issued to the petitioners and they have also appeared before the Court concerned and the case, now stands posted for framing of charges.
4. In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these petitions pending. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
