ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.11.2018 and pass suitable orders.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the land belongs to the petitioner has been acquired by the respondents in the year 1963 and award was also passed. But, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compensation has been paid to the petitioner's family as on date. Hence, he made a representation dated 08.11.2018 seeking for compensation, but, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other affected parties, within a period of twelve (12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
