PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent not to meddle with the alleged civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed.

4. The above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
