ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died long back and that no steps have been taken so far to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.47226 of 2004 is closed.
