Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his order dated 02.01.2007 in I.D.No.296 of 2007 and the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Ka.Ku.No.938/11138/D4/Tha.Na.A.Po.Ka/2006 dated 09.01.2007 and quash the respective orders therein and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate me in service with full back wages. 1/4
