This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders dated 13.03.2018 and 15.03.2018 made in Na.Ka.No.283/2018/E passed by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous since the tenure of the petitioner, who was elected as a President with effect from 09.04.2013, has come to an end on 09.04.2018 and therefore nothing further survives in this writ petition. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 to the effect that the tenure of the petitioner has already come to end on 09.04.2018, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps. are also dismissed.
