The instant writ petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.20424/VI/E3/07 dated 31.03.2009 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The submission is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
