Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition "shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every months at 10.30 A.M." imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6941 of 2020 by order dated 20.11.2020 pending appeal in C.A.No.453 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.UDHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the condition.

The condition now in force is that the petitioner shall have to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suspended from service and he finds it difficult to comply with the condition especially in the prevailing covid 19 pandemic situation.

Considering the reasons and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is relaxed that the petitioner is ordered to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of March, June, September and December at 10.30 a.m., and the other condition remains unchanged.
