Detenue, Stella, aged 25 years, is the daughter of the petitioner. On 26.05.2008, the detenue, Stella, was married to petitioner's brother, Selvaraj and out of wedlock, they were blessed with a baby child, Manali Yasmin, now aged three years. Since 18.07.2014, petitioner's daughter and grand child were missing. Though a complaint, dated 22.07.2014, has been lodged in C.S.R.No.665 of 2014, the Inspector of Police, Attur Police Station, Salem, has not traced the alleged detenue and grand child. Hence, the present Writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce them before this Court and set them at liberty.

The alleged detenue, along with her baby child, Manali Yasmin, are produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue, Stella, has stated that due to some family problems, she left home. On enquiry, we found that she is pregnant. She has expressed her desire to go with her parents. She requires proper care. 3.

With the above observations, the Writ of Habeas Corpus is disposed of.
