This Writ Petition has been filed to challenge the order passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.8045/2004 Pa.2 dated 12.10.2004 and seeks to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) would submit that as per the impugned Government Order in Se.Mu.Aa.No.8045/2004 Pa 2 dated 12.10.2004 the entire amount https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P. 39610 of 2004 has been recovered. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
