This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in G.O.(D) No.1229 Heath and Family Welfare (B2) Department dated 14.11.2011 and quash the same insofar as it directs that the petitioner deemed to have retired voluntarily from the Government service with effect from 30.04.2007 afternoon and consequently direct the first respondent to order that the petitioner have retired voluntarily from the Government service with effect from 14.11.2011 and direct the respondents to settle the terminal benefits to the petitioner accordingly. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
