ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29767 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29767 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Magistrate as and when required for interrogation.
