Admittedly, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent for allotting the bunk shop at Dr.Ambedkar Salai, near Kalaignar Poonga, Pattalam, Chennai-600 012 for selling tea, coffee, tiffen etc.

2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that if any representation is made to the fourth respondent, who is impleaded now, the Town Vending Committee will consider the same in accordance with law. 3.In view of the above submissions made, the petitioner is permitted to approach the fourth respondent under the Street Vendors Act, 2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is received by the fourth respondent, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
