This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in C.C.No.97 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2. It is seen from the records that based on the complaint given by son of the petitioner, the same respondent police registered a FIR in Crime No.96 of 2018. This is the counter case registered based on the complaint given by the second respondent as crime No.97 of 2018. Both the First Information Reports are investigated by the same police. Therefore, this court cannot interfere with the investigation at this stage.
3. This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime Nos.96 and 97 of 2018 and file a final report or a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
