COMMON ORDER When the Writ Petitions were listed for hearing on 08.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence, the Writ Petitions were adjourned by two weeks. Subsequently, when the matters were listed for hearing on 22.11.2019, on that also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the Writ Petitions under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.11.2019.

2. Though the Writ Petitions have been listed under the caption "for dismissal" today, none appeared for the petitioners. In these circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
