ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Sae.Mu.Aa.No.AD3/50285/2012, dated 10.04.2013 whereby confirming the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Sae.Mu.Proceedings No.AD7/109502/2010, dated 21.06.2012 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and monetary benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died. The legal representatives of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to substitute themselves in the place of the deceased petitioner.

3. That apart, the deceased petitioner was dismissed from service and the same was confirmed by the appellate authority. Therefore, the reinstatement of the petitioner does not arise, since the petitioner died.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
