COMMON PRAYER: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.37/2009 A1, dated 20.08.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent permit the petitioner to run the shop Nos.18,15,12,13,10,11 & 17, C-Block, Velankanni Town Panchayat, Nagapattinam District, pursuant to the Original Allotment order dated 30.11.2009 till 31.03.2012.

For Respondents : Mrs.K.Bhuvaneshwari Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.37/2009 A1, dated 20.08.2010 and consequently direct the third respondent to permit the petitioners to run their shop bearing Nos.18,15,12,13,10,11 & 17, situated at C-Block, Velankanni Town Panchayat, Nagapattinam District, pursuant to the Original Allotment order dated 30.11.2009, till 31.03.2012. 2.When the matters are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3.Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
