This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Crl.M.P.No.1908 of 2022 by order dated 17.02.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the final report has not been filed, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1908 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
