Mr.C.Kalaichelvan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 13th respondent and the learned counsels for the respondents have no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the date for the disposal of the above second appeal in S.A.No.676 of 2023 is being fixed on 13.03.2024.
