No.2/ A1 / 2023 dated 18.01.2023 and to quash the same in so far as transfer of 5th respondent is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the Petitioner in the Post of Secondary Grade Teacher in 4th Respondent school from the date of appointment on 01.03.2016 with all consequential benefits including payment of salary and other service benefits. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent, dated 18.01.2023, transferring the 5th respondent to the 4th respondent School.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as
