Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining the Tender ID 2023_HWAY_400372_1 and Tender Ref. No. TN. NO. 17/2023-2024/SDO/dated 12.12.2023 on the file of the 3rd Respondent wherein pre-qualification evaluation was made and communicated vide TRP No. 52/Vol-II/2023-24/JDO-2 dated 23.01.
2024 leading to the disqualification of the Petitioners-Firm and QUASH the same with respect the disqualification Petitioner-Firm on the ground that "Working Condition Certificate for the equipment not furnished as per the requirements" even as the same was furnished by the Petitioner-Firm along with the tender application and consequently DIRECT the 3rd Respondent to re-evaluate the Technical Bid in Consonance with the tender documents including Working Condition Certificate submitted by the Petitioner-Firm by accepting the above said Working Condition Certificate issued by 4th Respondent For Petitioner : Ms.Mary Charlet Gomez For Respondents : Mr.S.
