ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Labour Court to complete the E.P.No.145 of 2011 in C.P.No.624 of 2010 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent produced a copy of the order dated 17.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.213 of 2012, in which, the order in C.P. itself has been set aside. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, the question of disposal of E.P does not arise at all. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
