This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 1 to 3 in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.376 of 2005 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
